This is the update to notify you that we have just sent the surveys to collect your size and color preference as well as your shipping address. Besides, you can also order extra PerX jackets in the survey.
To avoid spamming, BackerKit sends one survey each time. It takes at most 48 hrs to arrive in your mailbox.
The most common reason for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with the Kickstarter account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter account.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When you reset your password, you may need to clear your cache and temporary browsing history so that your old password is removed from your saved passwords. Next, use this link to reset your password.
You may not have an account. You can create an account by clicking the account confirmation link in any survey you have. You can also get started with signing up for a BackerKit account here.
If you have created an account and have gone through the previous steps, but are still having trouble, please reach out to us via the contact form. Let us know any important details (browser type, mobile device or computer, OS, etc).
You do not need a BackerKit account to access your surveys through BackerKit BackerKit accounts help to manage and keep track of surveys and are especially helpful for folks who have backed multiple projects.

We've been getting a TON of questions about the PerX Jacket.
So I thought I'd take a moment to answer some of the more common things people have been asking me about (You can also check the FAQ on our campaign page).
Let's get started...
Q: Is PerX breathable enough for the summer?
Yes! PerX A is ideally designed for temperatures from 25°C to 35°C (77 ~ 95 F). With our TPU membrane which features 20,000 mm for waterproofness and 20,000 g/m2/24hrs as well as UPF 50+ for sun protection. You can even wear it in hot temperatures.
Q: What is a performance jacket?
A performance jacket featuring membrane technology that can literally keep you dry in heavy rain (for an hour) while still making you feel breathable and comfortable. It's also windproof, lightweight, anti-UV, and is with 6 waterproof pockets. Any performance jackets featuring 20k/20k membrane are normally at $200 or even higher (if they are with PTFE membranes).
Q: PerX A VS PerX B?
PerX A is thinner and lighter (about 200g) for hot temperatures and for those who have never worn any performance jackets before (Entry Level). PerX B is more professional and advanced version with the PTFE membrane that can make you perform at the best when the weather is at the worst.
Q: What is MP/WP in terms of the membrane?
You can simply consider WP/MP as waterproofness and breathability. The working method of membranes is to have tiny holes that are too small to let liquid water enter but large enough to allow water vapor [moisture] to escape.
For example,
0-5,000 mm No resistance to some resistance to moisture.Light rain, dry snow, no pressure.
6,000-10,000 mm Rainproof and waterproof under light pressure.Light rain, average snow, light pressure.
11,000-15,000 mm Rainproof and waterproof except under high pressure.Moderate rain, average snow, light pressure.
16,000-20,000 mm Rainproof and waterproof under high pressure.Heavy rain, wet snow, some pressure.
20,000 mm+ Rainproof and waterproof under very high pressure.Heavy rain, wet snow, high pressure.
Likewise, the larger the number is, the better it indicates the breathability.
Q: TPU [PerX A] VS PTFE [PerX B]
First, they are both 20k/20k according to the Japanese Industrial Standard. The PTFE is technically more professional and expensive. If you pledge PerX for antimicrobial purposes, PerX A featuring TPU is already good enough. However, if you wear PerX for working out (running/jogging/cycling etc.), Try the PerX B with PTFE.
Q: Color Options?

What is PFC-free Coating?
PFCs (per- and poly-fluorinated chemicals) are all completely man-made chemicals which do not occur naturally. They are commonly used in DWR (durable water repellent) coatings and waterproof membranes. These fluorochemicals have been used for some time to give clothing water and stain resistant properties. Until fairly recently there were very few alternatives so as it became obvious that PFCs were harmful to the environment more focus fell upon the use of PFCs, especially within the Outdoor Activities sector.

When Can I choose Color and Size?
We will send the campaign survey to your kickstarter login email once the campaign ends and collect the color, size and shipping address.
